Raw materials based on renewable resources

Overview

The Forbio product range is based on degradable biopolymers such as PLA, PBS, PBAT, and CAPA. Some of them are filled with various bio-based fillers.

The Forbio Rec product range is based on recycled PLA. If, for example, no proof of conformity is required, the products can be used to manufacture similar high-quality products. Some of them are filled with various bio-based fillers.

The Forligno bio product range is based on bio-based polyolefins. The products are not biodegradable. They are filled with cellulose-based fillers such as wood flour or raw cellulose.

Forbio

The Forbio series consists of virgin material.

Forbio CA 66344

The Forbio CA 6634 compound is based on polycaprolactone (PCL) and is a biodegradable plastic derived from petroleum. It is filled with 35% talc.

CA B6634 can be colored very easily.

Forbio BP6930

Type PV 6930 is based on PLA. The base materials meet the requirements of DIN EN 13432 for compostable and biodegradable polymers.

The PV 6930 type is equipped with an impact modifier. It is characterized by very good impact resistance and very good flow properties.

Forbio Rec

The Forbio Rec range consists largely of recycled raw materials.

The BP 1151 type consists of recycled PLA, is filled with 25% wood flour, and is modified for good impact resistance.

The type can be dyed well
